This machine is very competitive, robust, simple and well-assembled,providing rapid exchange of formats, and high relibility for reduced pachages.

 

How it Works: The product is inserted manually or automatically into the channel of the adjustable feeding belt, from where it is conveyed by means of a chain equipped with separator pins that take the product towards the tube former, where it is wrapped and then conveyed by three pair of disks, being that two pair is the conveyor itself and the other pair is the longitudinal sealer. The rotating grips perform the closing and at the same time, the transversal cutting. The outlet conveyor belt leads the products out, keeping same distance between them.

 

Packaging Materials: Cellophane, laminated paper, kraft with resin, celo-poli-celo, polypropylene, and other heatseal papers.
